Terms & Digital Product Licence

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Important: These terms are a practical UK-focused draft for Upcraftly FI's current manual-order model. They should be reviewed if the business structure, checkout, payment provider or delivery process changes.

1. About Upcraftly FI

Upcraftly FI sells downloadable Excel-based finance templates and related digital files. Enquiries and orders can be made at info@upcraftly.co.uk.

2. Products and compatibility

Product pages describe the main contents and intended use of each template. Products are supplied digitally; no physical item is provided. Upcraftly FI templates are designed for Microsoft Excel. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, third-party accounting software, bank feeds and automatic integrations are not included.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are the prices for the stated digital product at the time an order request is made. The current website prepares an email order request and does not itself take payment. Upcraftly FI will provide payment instructions separately. An order is accepted when Upcraftly FI confirms acceptance/payment and agrees to supply the digital product.

4. Digital delivery

After payment is confirmed and any required digital-content consent has been obtained, the purchased product pack will be sent to the email address supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing a working email address and for downloading and safely storing their files.

5. Licence

Unless a different licence is expressly agreed in writing, purchase grants the purchasing individual or business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files for its own internal purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share publicly, upload for others to download, or repackage any Upcraftly FI template or a substantially similar derivative as a product for sale. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with Upcraftly FI or the relevant rights holder.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, formulas you alter, and outputs before relying on them. Keep backup copies before making substantial changes. The templates are management-planning tools and are not accounting software, tax advice, investment advice, legal advice or a substitute for professional advice.

7. Faulty digital content

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract, contact Upcraftly FI so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided where required by law.

8. Liability

Upcraftly FI does not promise that a template will meet every business's requirements or that forecasts will prove accurate. Forecasts and reports depend on the data and assumptions entered. To the extent permitted by law, Upcraftly FI is not responsible for business decisions made solely from template outputs, indirect losses, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete customer data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated for future purchases. The terms applying to an order are those provided or made available when that order is placed.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the customer.
