Refunds & Digital Downloads

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Digital content: Different cancellation rules can apply once a customer asks for a digital download to be supplied immediately.

1. Before digital supply begins

Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, a consumer normally has a 14-day cancellation period for a distance contract. Upcraftly FI will not treat that right as lost merely because an order has been placed or paid for.

2. Immediate supply and loss of cancellation right

If you want the digital product supplied during the cancellation period, Upcraftly FI will ask you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once supply of the digital content begins. The order form contains this acknowledgement. Upcraftly FI will also include the relevant information in the order/contract confirmation.

If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights are not reduced by this policy.

3. After supply/download begins

Once digital supply has begun following the required express consent and acknowledgement, you will normally no longer have the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for that digital content.

4. Faulty or misdescribed files

This policy does not affect statutory rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract. Contact info@upcraftly.co.uk with your order details and a description of the problem. Upcraftly FI will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

5. Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you believe you have paid twice or paid an incorrect amount, contact Upcraftly FI promptly. Verified duplicate payments or payment errors will be corrected as appropriate.

6. Requesting cancellation

Where a cancellation right remains available, email info@upcraftly.co.uk clearly stating that you wish to cancel, together with enough information to identify the order.
